The BioTek Synergy HTX is a compact, economical multimode plate reader for 6- to 384-well microplates and Take3 microvolume plates. The unique dual optics design provides superior performance for UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, and AlphaScreen/AlphaLISA workflows.

With incubation and shaking, plus a dual reagent injector module, the system will meet all your assay requirements now and in the future. Synergy HTX is controlled by the easy-to-use, yet powerful, Agilent BioTek Gen6 data analysis software for data collection, analysis, exporting, and reporting.

Shaking for assay optimization

Assays that require shaking, such as bacterial and yeast growth studies, will benefit from the robust, programmable shaking options in Synergy HTX. Select linear or orbital shaking, with programmable speed and duration.

Gen6 software controls all BioTek automated microplate readers, configuring system and data collection parameters, analysis and a variety of reporting and exporting features. One-click export to Excel® makes it fast and easy to export displayed data.
Micro-volume quantification is fast and easy with the Take3™ and Take3 Trio Micro-Volume plates, used in your BioTek microplate reader. Measure multiple 2 µL samples at a time, without diluting and without needing specialized equipment. Pre-programmed nucleic acid and protein protocols in Gen5 make quantification fast and easy.
