The software on the Agilent BioTek 50 TS washer includes predefined protocols with commonly used wash parameters for quick selection. Creating custom protocols onboard the 50 TS is easy–the touch screen and menu-driven software make multistep program creation intuitive and simple.
Routine maintenance ensures continuous, reliable washing and excellent assay performance. The Agilent BioTek 50 TS washer offers predefined, automated maintenance routines including daily and overnight protocols. These keep the fluid path clean and prevent buildup of salt, protein, or other material that can block manifold tubes and cause inadequate washing.
To facilitate complex wash protocols or automated maintenance routines, the buffer switching capability allows up to three bottles to be attached and automatically switched according to the defined protocol. There is no need for manual intervention, so multistep processes are run efficiently.
