The tubes connecting Nestor to your vessels pass through the incubator door seal, and are designed to withstand pressure without being squeezed.

And you can keep on using your own plates and flasks, as the system is compatible with the majority of the flasks and plates available on the market.

Do I need specific plates and flasks to use Nestor?

No. You can use your usual plates or flasks with Nestor. Nestor comes with adapters specifically made to fit the main brands of T75 , T175 and T225 flasks, and 6WP and 24WP Plates for 2D / 3D and organoids.
